TENDER FOR OPERATING A GENERAL MART SHOP



The National Museums of Kenya invites bids from competent General Mart Shop operators to operate the services at our Commercial Centre. Detailed tender documents may be obtained from the Principal Procurement Officer’s Office between 8.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on official working hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings One Thousand (Kshs.1,000/=) payable in cash at the Cash Office.

Interested bidders may visit and inspect the premises and obtain information deemed necessary. The tenderers should take note that sale of drugs, alcohol and narcotics is not provided for in this tender. Interested firms should provide the following information:

1. Demonstrate requisite experience.
2. Compliance with statutory requirements, tax compliance etc.
3. PIN Certificate.
Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelope clearly marked “Tender for operating General Mart Shop NMK/GMS/10/016 addressed to:

BILL BOARDS ON MAMA NGINA DRIVE HERITAGE SITE – MOMBASA



The National Museums of Kenya invites offers for placement of two (2) Bill – Boards at Mama Ngina Drive Heritage Site in Mombasa.

We are looking at a standard billboard sizes 10 metres x 12 metres. National Museums of Kenya would like to offer the site competitively to attract market rates.

Interested bidders at their own cost may visit and examine the site and obtain information that they may deem necessary for preparing the tender and subsequent entering into a contract. TENDER FOR DESIGN AND ESTIMATES FOR SEA WALL PROECTION FOR FORT JESUS WORLD HERITAGE SITE

The National Museums of Kenya invites tenders for design and production of estimates for the development of a sea wall plus part reclamation of the area in front of Fort Jesus World Heritage Site. Detailed tender documents may be obtained from the Head of Procurement Office upon payment a non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings One
Thousand (Ksh.1,000/=) in cash or Bankers cheque payment at the Cash Office – Heritage Centre during normal working hours 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all Taxes and delivery costs expressed in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 180 days from the date of the tender.

The sealed tender documents shall be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Louise Leakey Building Reception area on or before 20th June, 2016 at 12.00 p.m. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 30th May, 2016 at the Fort Jesus World Heritage Site – Mombasa at 10.00 a.m., and bidders are asked to attend. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline at the Old Board Room and tenderers or their representatives are invited to
witness the opening. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
